Medical Transportation Reimbursement Fund
The Medical Transportation Reimbursement Fund (or MOTOR Fund) has been established to provide assistance to those that need to travel an extended distance for medical reasons, whether it be for surgery, pre-surgical appointments, follow-up appointments etc.
If you have had surgery within the past year, or plan on having surgery within the upcoming year, you may be eligible to have your travel expenses covered by the MOTOR Fund.
